"FEMA Director Michael [Brownie] Brown was not qualified to head the agency, and the result was a disaster for the people of the Gulf Coast" So says Barack Obama on his campaign
website. Obama, like many Americans, did not believe that Brown's experience with the International Arabian Horse Association qualified him for his job at FEMA.
This begs the question: what exactly qualifies Sen. Obama, who has never drafter a piece of notable legislation, to head the country? Electing a man of such limited credentials could spell disaster for the people of America.
Obama doesn't seem to be aware of the irony of the situation.
Obama goes on to promise that in his administration, "every official will have to rise to the standard of proven excellence in the agency's mission." It is too bad the DNC does not have such standards. Obama seems to have forgotten the old adage: freshman senators in glass mansions shouldn't throw stones.
