The Obama campaign today limited Bill Clinton's speech time to a meager 10 minutes. To add insult to injury, however, those gathered at the convention cheered over Bill's repeated attempts to begin his speech for three minutes. Perhaps that is why Michelle Obama, stonefaced as Clinton took the stage soon began to laugh. Looks like the joke's on Bill.
